Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Piglet in Bed linens, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unwashed and unused items within 90 days of purchase. Please ensure all products are returned in their original fabric bags to minimize waste and ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items back into their original Piglet fabric bags and secure them in a durable mailing box or bag, ensuring the package is tightly sealed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
